Finishing up the trifecta of Beers from Bali, I bring you Anker Beer from Jakarta Brewing.  A pilsener that is better than Bintang (see the write up we did on this beer a few weeks ago) but tastes more like a lager.  The taste is strong with a foamy head and golden color.  Smelling it, you get the sense that this beer is a pilsener in the smell department.  In the taste department you could go either way.

All in all, a below average beer, but when you are in that part of the world for that long in that nice humidity anything cold, especially beer will do.
