Recipe Ingredients

  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Mayo or sour cream or french dressing or cottage cheese (just enough to bind the yolks together)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion Powder (optional)
  • Paprika(optional)

Recipe Instructions

Day before.
Put eggs in a saucepan and fill with cold water.
Bring to a boil and reduce to “simmer”
Cook for about 15 minutes
Remove from burner and run under cold water.
Refrigerate overnight.

Next Day.
REmove shells and cut eggs in half lengthwise
Put yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add mayo or sour cream or french dressing or cottage cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder.
Fill egg whites with yolk mix and top with one or more:
- Lumpfish ( like caviar but much cheaper)
- Anchovies
- Chopped cucumber
-Anything else you can think of.
